Exchanges: Unfortunately we are unable to offer exchanges at this time.

Refunds: For change of mind or faulty goods, we offer full refunds, provided all the following requirements are met:

  • The item/s are unworn, unwashed with original packaging still intact (swing tags, hygiene sticker & cotton drawstring bag)
  • The items must be sent back within 14 days of receiving the item

Please note if any of the above requirements are not met, we have the right to refuse the return. 

Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer - original shipping charges are non-refundable, and we do not provide free return shipping nor reimburse for it. 

We strongly advise that you use track and trace postal service for your return. We are not responsible nor liable for any return parcels that may be lost or damaged.
